We started off the day with a Breakfast with the Chief of Arco and then off for a 70 mile jaunt to Idaho Falls. We were met at a rest stop 12 miles outside of town by Idaho National Labratory Fire Dept. so we visited for a few minutes and then on our way. We were then met with a local news reporter for an interview about the ride. We arrived at sta 1 in Idaho Falls settled in had dinner with the guys and then listed to pipe and drum band in front of the station. The crew there treated us very nice and made us feel at home. I love the fire service.
Today's ride was dedicated to Driver/Engineer Lance Michaelis.
